Free Shipping

We offer free USPS Shipping on any order of $20.00 or more.

Orders under $20.00 have a flat shipping rate of $5.00 and are shipped via USPS First Class.

If you need you cast cover faster, please choose one of our UPS shipping options below.

UPS

All orders received before 4:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday will ship the same day. Any orders placed after this cutoff time will ship on the next business day.

If you need to change your shipping method, please contact us during business hours at 1-888-379-2278 or info@drycast.com.

Delivery times are not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is no longer under our control. If your order becomes lost or delayed, we will do everything we can to resolve the matter. However, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to weather, accidents or other unforeseen circumstances.

Return Policy

If you received your DryCAST protector and for whatever reason you are not happy with it, you may return an unused cast protector for a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days of your date of purchase. You will need to pay for shipping plus a 15% restocking fee which can be deducted from your return.

Please note, a 15% restocking fee and all return shipping costs will apply to items returned where drycast.com has made no error in merchandising or shipping. If an order is returned because the wrong item was shipped or a product was deemed defective, the restocking fee and return shipping costs will be waived.
